i3collect at NDASA 2026
NDASA 2026 was hands down the most exciting and successful conference i3collect has participated in to date. From the moment the exhibit hall opened, the energy around our booth never slowed down. Throughout the week, our team connected with an incredible number of industry professionals, partners, clients, and new prospects — and at times, demand for live demonstrations was so strong that our team could barely keep up.
What made this year especially meaningful was the opportunity to do more than simply talk about i3collect — we were able to show it in action. Walking attendees through the platform and demonstrating the full digital workflow firsthand created some of the most valuable conversations of the conference. The response was immediate and genuine. Discussions quickly moved beyond features and functionality into how i3collect can help organizations modernize operations, improve visibility, reduce manual processes, and create more connected collection workflows.
As always, the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association conference brought together professionals from across the industry, including C/TPAs, collection providers, MROs, laboratories, occupational health organizations, technology providers, and compliance leaders — all focused on improving workplace safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
One of the biggest highlights of the week was the excitement surrounding i3collect’s new partnership with Premier Biotech. Attendees showed significant interest in how the partnership combines Premier’s trusted rapid testing technology with i3collect’s fully digital workflow platform to help modernize the point-of-collection testing process.
The introduction of the new i3collect Cup generated strong conversations throughout the conference. By integrating rapid testing devices directly into the i3collect platform, organizations can streamline the collection process from electronic ordering and donor processing to workflow management, result capture, reporting, and MRO review when needed. The conversations throughout NDASA reinforced something we continue to hear across the industry: organizations are actively looking for ways to reduce paper-driven processes, improve operational visibility, and create faster, more connected testing workflows.
Another major milestone that generated strong interest throughout the conference was i3collect’s recent NLCP Certification. The certification reflects i3collect’s continued commitment to quality, compliance, operational excellence, and advancing modern collection technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
We were also proud to sponsor the conference registration booth this year. Sponsoring registration gave our team the opportunity to welcome attendees as they arrived, reconnect with longtime industry peers, and begin many new conversations that continued throughout the week. It created a great opportunity to introduce attendees to i3collect early in the conference experience and helped reinforce the collaborative spirit that makes NDASA such a valuable event every year.
Beyond the technology, one of the most rewarding parts of the conference was spending time face-to-face with existing clients and partners. Conferences like NDASA continue to remind us that this industry is built on relationships, trust, responsiveness, and operational expertise. While innovation and automation continue to move the industry forward, organizations still value partners who understand the real-world challenges they face every day.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, joined us for a demo, or spent time with our team throughout the conference. NDASA 2026 reinforced something we strongly believe at i3collect: the industry is ready for smarter, more connected collection technology that simplifies operations without sacrificing compliance, service, or user experience.
The momentum, conversations, and enthusiasm throughout the week made one thing very clear — organizations are looking for real solutions that can support where the industry is headed next. We’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead and are already looking forward to NDASA 2027.
