Denver, CO — April 9, 2026 — i3Collect, a leading provider of drug testing technology solutions, today announced that its electronic Custody and Control Form system has been officially recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as meeting the requirements of the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP).
Effective April 9, 2026, i3Collect is now approved to supply a fully digital (paperless) CCF system for federally regulated drug testing programs.
This recognition follows the successful completion of SAMHSA’s Electronic Custody and Control Form system validation process under the National Laboratory Certification Program (NLCP). As stated in the official notification, i3Collect “has completed the electronic Custody and Control Form system recognition process and is hereby recognized by SAMHSA as meeting Federal Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP) requirements…
